We are tried & proven in delivering high quality turn-key projects; specialising in all aspects of Mechanical Electrical within Construction, Industrial and Commercial Projects, including but not limited to.. new works; refurbishments; upgrades; shutdowns; tenancies; Hospitals; Shopping Centres; Universities.

We provide specialist Commercial / Industrial Mechanical Electrical services to regional areas; Darwin / Northern Territory; NSW; New Zealand; Central to North QLD; and all areas of Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. We supply and fit switchboards; control panels; VSD’s and complete wiring installations for various sized projects to suit client needs, including the design and installation of circuits for chillers, motors, pumps, cooling towers, exhaust fans and control systems.

In addition, we offer a variety of options for Design & Construct Projects.

Recently we welcomed David Beveridge as our Business Development Manager and Hayden Richardson as the EMES Small / Special Projects Manager, another valued professional to our thriving team!

Our engine room has seen an upgrade with the strengthening addition of Paul Jones from within the design /engineering sector; Paul has 38 years experience solely within HVAC mechanical electrical services, with 28 of those years in design engineering!

Between David, Robert, Luke, David Beveridge, Paul and Hayden we have over 150 years! mechanical electrical experience in upper management alone within HVAC.

EMES has been operating since 1997 with a name change in May 2011 ( Gold Contractor License 12279 ), we are an electrical contracting company specialising in Air conditioning electrical and controls within the HVAC industry as well as commercial fit-outs, industrial test & tagging. We operate in the Brisbane metropolitan area supporting commercial, industrial developers & clients.

With over 10 years experience at EMES specialising in HVAC, we have a track record in Project management, estimating, circuit design and site management. Projects include: SCRACC; Wesley Hospital; Capricorn Prison; Redcliffe Hospital upgrades; Merivale st apartments, Ipswich city hall offices, Opera and Aveo apartments, 310 Anne St offices, Amberley airport hangar service building and a range of smaller projects, just to name a few.

Currently engaged in Queens Wharf, Gatton Prison, 152 Wharf St Multistory office development, Thomas Dixon Ballet RE - development, NPAV new performing arts centre, SCCH sunshine coast city hall, SAAB laboratories in Bundamba.

EMES was approved and nominated for Government works in the form of Suncorp Stadium Mechanical switchboards upgrades in 2013 which was successfully completed on time and within budget.
